History

the DIR foundation goes back to September of 1990 gathering to different professionals from the mail, the transport and the logistics. The policy of the company during all these years has been based on the following pillars:

Seriousness, Security, Rapidity, Professionalism and Quality

the development of our policy has been translated in these years to a young and dynamic form of understanding of the urgent transport in all its variants (mail, parcels services, national and international, logistic service, full loads, divided and a long list of others of variants of the transport).

In DIR the preoccupation by the legality that directly ties with the client has taken us to develop an adaptation of our company to the emergent Society legislation, Public prosecutor, Labor, relative to the urgent transport and the postal mail.

We detailed next the main legal operations undertaken by our company:

1990 Adaptation in its totality to the effective collective agreement.
1990 Constitution of policy of accidents of its workers.
1992 the DIR directors surpass the tests of professional qualification for the exercise of Agency of Transport, Distributing Store clerk, National Transport of Merchandise and Transport the International of Merchandise. Law of Arrangement of Terrestrial Transports.
1993 Adaptation in its totality to the new collective agreement.
1993 Transfer of the Social address. 
1994 Extension of the activity of the company to the complete range ofthe transport conserving all the jobs generated until the date.
1995 Adaptation to the Law on Protection of Data.
1996 Adaptation to the Law of Prevention of Labor Risks.
1997 Adhesion to the Catalan Associació d'Empreses of Missatgeria and Auxiliars of the Transport. ACEMAT.
1998 Update of the Statutes of the Society to the new Law.
1998 Extension of the share capital.
1998 Request of General Authorization of Postal Operator. Law 24/98.
1999 Foundation of the Gremi de Missatgeries of Catalunya. The DIR manager is chosen president del Gremi.
1999 Concession General Administrative Authorization by the Secretariat of Communications of the Ministry of Public Works and the Economy.
1999 Extension of the social object to Operator of Transport. Law of Arrangement of Terrestrial Transports.
2000 Transfer of the social address and new License of opening of Operator of Transport.
2000 Adaptation to the new address of the Law of Prevention of Labor Risks.
2000 Concession of the Enterprise Classification Class 3 Sub-group 3category D by limitless amount by the Departament d'Economía iFinances of the Generalitat de Catalunya.
2000 Concession of mark DIR in class 39: Transport and Storage, by the Spanish Office of Patents and Marks (Ministry of Industry and Energy).
2000 Project of communications made by the Engineering of Telecommunications TESYS.
2001 Request of Exclusive Frequency to the Ministry of Science and Technology. General secretariat of Communications.
2001 Hiring of company ETECMA like External Service of Prevention ofLabor Risks for the processing altogether with the Gremi deMissatgeries of the Sectorial Plan of Labor Risks.
2001 Extension of the insurance policy of civil responsibility of operation to Supervisory civil responsibility by 25,000,000 of ptas.
2001 Development with Consulting Engineering V&H, of the implantation ofsystem of quality with the requirements described in norm UNE-EN ISO9001:2000.
