In year 2000 initiated the development, with the collaboration
of V&H Enginyers Consultors, of the implantation of a
system of Management of Quality in agreement with the requirements
written in norm UNE-EN ISO 9001:2000.
Our system of quality management incorporates oriented policies
and objectives to control our
organization with respect to the quality. We not only contemplated
to guarantee the conformity of the service with the applicable
requirements, but also to obtain the satisfaction of the client.
We managed our resources of such way that, once made the
service, is made an analysis of the same one and we initiated
a continuous improvement of the system of management of the
quality, oriented to increase the satisfaction of our clients.
